Bright, sunny, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit with tropical beach décor located in the well manicured, self-sustaining Kingston Plantation Complex. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom includes a double sink in the bath room and a walk-in closet. Each room in the condo has access to the oversized northern facing balcony. This unit offers an unobstructed ocean view from each room and bedroom. The brand new dining table can seat 6 people comfortable. In-unit blackout curtains when you wish to rest and de-stress. Free wireless internet. The living room and both bedrooms have new flat screen TV’s and a DVD player in the master bedroom and living room. Bring your auxiliary cord and enjoy your iPod or MP3 music. Fully equipped kitchen. Access to the heated indoor pool and hot tub for North Hampton renters only. In-unit washer and dryer. Beach direct Outdoor pool. Beach access is a few short steps away from the building. For your convenience, the following sis also available at an additional cost to you: light cleaning of the unit during your stay, golf packages, access to the 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym located on the property and beach chairs and umbrellas.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

    Great stay in a very nice condo. Access to the indoor pool is a big plus, especially in April. Our only suggestion is to put electronic locks on the condo so the guests don't have to drive to the office twice or keep up with keys.

      We completely understand your feelings about the electronic lock, and it would make everyone's lives a lot more convenient. However, the home owner's association requires that all of the locks in the building be consistent and all have the same look. Home owners that are not on the onsite rental program are required to check in at an offsite location. We completely understand that we are a 5 to 7 minute drive, according to traffic, from the condo, but we hope that dealing with our friendly staff and gaining a local's insight on attractions, dining, and entertainment more than makes up for the small inconvenience. Our company, as well as, the owner of this beautiful condo appreciate your input as well as your business. We hope that you will continue to visit us year after year and provide us with continued input to make your vacation stay even more perfect.
