From the beautiful bright decor, to the lovely pool views, every detail about this home will delight you as soon as you walk through the door. Year after year visitors come back to Magnolia because they love the home away from home feeling they experience when staying in this premier Condo Complex. It is truly one of the most popular and most visited rental destinations along The Grand Strand. With it's convenient location close to all the areas attractions you will never be more than a 2-5 minutes from the beach, Dining, Broadway At The Beach, Shopping Malls, Outlets Stores, Convention Center, Airport, and all the Myrtle Beach Sports Venues.

This 1st floor corner condo is appointed nicely with 1 King, 2 twins and 1 pullout sofa bed (renter will need to pay for sofa bed linens at check in). It will accommodate 6 guest very comfortably. After a few rounds of golf or a long day on the beach you may want to enjoy one of The Grand Strand's top dining destinations or stay in and relax with a meal at home.     Working with Stopper and Assoc was a pleasant experience. They were professional, helpful, and conveniently located across 17 bypass. Other property mgmt. firm for units in Magnolia is 5+ miles north and not a good experience. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and everything worked properly. There were tiny sugar ants in the kitchen, so they need to do something about that. The sink in the master didn't drain properly and we were a little disappointed that we had to buy paper towels and TP and were asked to take our trash out. We paid a fairly hefty cleaning fee, so we felt that was odd. The view out the back is of the pool which was fine since there was never anyone there making noise. This is our 3rd stay in the Magnolia area and it is VERY convenient to everything that we do and about 1 mile from my parents house on 65th ave north. We would stay here again for sure.

    The rental was extremely clean well maintained. Easy Access Wi-Fi, cable TV. Felt as comfortable as I would feel in my own home. Could have not asked for anything better. What a great experience. Can't wait till next year !!!

    The unit was very clean and bright. The staff of Century 21 was very helpful right from the booking and during our stay. Issues were taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend Century 21 Stopper.
